LandRegPlans.co.uk is owned and operated by Concept Zero Architects Ltd. Chartered Architects Practice based in the East Midlands, UK. We operate in the intersection of High Design and High Performance, as we strive for buildings pursuing exceptional energy performance.

Compliant Plans
The Process
we made simple.
Step One - Order Form
Fill out the compliant plan order form, and add any documents you think the team will need.
Step Two - Payment
Once completed your order form, payment will be prompted through Stripe payment Service. After payment is recieved your order of the compliant plan will be submitted to a member of the team.
Step Three - Contact From Our Team
Our team will keep in contact with you during the whole process of the order.
Once we have complete your compliant plan we will send you over a proof to make sure you are happy.
Step Four - You Recieve Your Order
Once you are happy with your completed compliant plan, we will then send you the full PDF. If you paid for a hard copy, that will get posted in the mail to you aswell.
Delivery And Payment
We currently offer two delivery packages. Standard Package and Express Package.
Standard Package priced at £85.00, comes with a guarantee 3 buisness day delivery, and regular contact with the team, if need be. Our Express Package priced at £125.00, is our best selling package. This package comes with delivery within 24 hours, and constant contact from team if need be.
We also offer the option to order it as a hard copy, which will be sent as well as the PDF file you recieve. Hard copy at a set price of £5.00.
