Title Plans are drawings that show the extent of the ownership of a site.
These are often required for a new-build plot or for existing sites that require new or updated title plans
This is for sites with mapping requirements up to 4 Hectares.
For sites larger than 4 hectares or requiring 1:2500 scale mapping, please contact us for a custom quote as additional OS mapping fees may apply.

TP1 PLANS: Land Registry Compliant Plans
TP1 Plans are used when part of an existing title is being separated into a seperate title, this is a Transfer of Part.
TP1 Plans are drawings that show the extent of the existing title and also the area of that title that is to be transferred.
These are required when part of an existing title is to be sold or transferred to another party.
This is for sites with mapping requirements up to 4 Hectares.

Lease Plans are used to define the extent of the property or land that is being leased.
Lease Plans are drawings that show the extent of the area to be leased and often includes plans of the property, rights of way and the extent of the land.
All base plans and information must be provided as we do not include a site visit or survey.
Complex buildings are those that include multiple units and complex plans, please contact us for more information.
